Prices are to be intended per week for each flat and they are comprehensive of the following consumptions:

Electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, heating, TV, weekly bed linen, towels, final cleaning, use of the swimming pool, of the lawn, of the car-park and of the Wi-Fi connection.

Children up to 3 years of age are without charge.

When booking a confirmation deposit of 30% is needed.

The balance will be requested at the check in by cash, by Bancomat or credit card.

Check in: 15:00 p.m. – 18:00 p.m. (Self Check In available)

Check out : 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Dogs are allowed paying an additional charge of 25 Euros per week.
