The charges refer to the price for the apartment per day, including electricity, water, gas, air-conditioning, central heating, T.V., bed-linen (changed weekly), towels (2 changes per week), use of the swimming-pool, lawns and car-park, and final cleaning. Children up to 3 years come free.

Dogs are allowed (cost: 15 euros per week).
